3A: Re-igniting the Passion for Your Mission (Part 1). Passion for the work of your organization is at the heart of all successful fundraising today. This fast-moving, experiential, hands-on session introduces board members, volunteers, and staff to the Benevon™ (formerly Raising More Money) Model for fundraising, reconnects you to your initial passion and trains you to use that passion to speak powerfully about the work of your organization. 3B: Relationship Coaching for Executive Directors and Board Chairs. What if the executive director and board chair shared a common vision? What would it mean for the organization if it were an exciting, effective, visionary partnership? This experiential workshop will introduce the new model of relationship coaching, a powerful tool for helping EDs and board chairs step fully into their respective roles. 3C: Blogging Basics for Nonprofits: Everything You Need to Know. Blogs are helping nonprofit organizations communicate with and retain their members. In this interactive session, blogging experts show you how and why your organization should start and manage a blog of its own. 3D: Building Strategic Relationships with Corporations and Foundations. Getting funding from corporations and foundations is more than just submitting grant applications. Learn from experienced nonprofit, corporate and foundation professionals on how relationship building has worked for them – resulting in successful partnerships.
