4B: The Next Step: Preparing Yourself for Nonprofit Leadership. Join a discussion about the challenges facing young and emerging professionals as we build meaningful careers in the nonprofit sector. 4D: Social Enterprise: Using Earned Income to Support Your Mission. Some nonprofits can create sustainability through earned income and social enterprise. Social Enterprise Leadership Forums bring together nonprofit executives with business entrepreneurs to share both groups' experience, networks and best practices and create sustainable solutions to social issues.
