I heard 403(b) regulations are changing for employers. Is it true? Yes! Starting January 1, 2009, employers offering 403(b) plans will have to regularly notify all eligible employees that they may participate in the program, create documentation that explains the rules of the plan and abide by new restrictions on transfers.
